Choosing a
Provider
The initial excitement of learning you
are eligible to receive Home and Community Based Services (HCS), can
quickly fade to confusion and frustration. It can be difficult to decide
which HCS provider is right for you. To assist HCS recipients in this
choice, The Arc surveyed HCS
providers that offer services in Collin and Dallas counties.
Blue indicates the providers
who responded to the surveys. By clicking on the provider in red below,
you can view the information each organization provided in the survey.
About The Survey
The list of providers who received the
survey came from the Department on Aging and Disability Services (DADS).
The information collected is meant to offer
a clear picture of the differences and similarities between providers.
If you are an HCS recipient
and have additional questions, please contact the provider directly.
